Eight 1-1/2” bolts support steel legs — strategically placed to preserve the old trees that reach in to the earth to support a panelized roof and a suspended “belly” that floats within the coniferous canopy.”
Very interesting, I love it. Just that it has no privacy.

This is beautiful.
I think people tend to let the "Friday the 13th" mentality overwhelm them. I don't think it is as much about privacy as it is about security and some people are just really insecure.

I wonder, does this home come in prefab form; can it stand up to a New England winter, can you buy the plans? How many square feet? Second floor bedroom? One? Two? Could you incorporate rolling metal shutters? Is the heat source wood?
