My sister is a consummate decorator. Her house — designed and built by Craig Hoopes — is immaculate and organized, despite being constantly ransacked by three children under ten. Every space is tastefully arranged with unusual finds. The centerpiece is this Dunbar sofa that she scored at a consignment shop for far less than it's worth. Her husband, Gary, describes the other items in the photo:
“The table is a mutt from the same consignment shop. The cashmere throw on the sofa is my wrap. I wish my wife would let me wear it!”
The other part of the living/dining room houses a one-of-a-kind rocker passed down from our Swedish grandmother, and a Danish dining table and chairs. The rugs are from Gary's shop, G. Coles-Christensen — highly recommended. I’m the lucky owner of one of these carpets too.
